Refund policy
We have a 15 - day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return application is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the package and where to send it. Damages and issues:

If the malfunction occurs within three months after you purchase the product, we will bear the cost of parts and the shipping cost of the parts. Exceptions / non - returnable items

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the existing item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

If approved, you will automatically receive the refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
