1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

 

2. Shipping Fees and Estimated Delivery Time
   We offer the following delivery options:

3. High - value instruments are all dispatched from the production factory in Guangzhou, China.

4. Standard Delivery: Depending on the destination country, it takes 5 - 30 working days. For specific shipping fees, please consult our online customer service. We will charge the actual shipping fees together with the product payment.

5. Special - line Delivery: 7 - 15 working days - Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

6. Air Freight Delivery: 5 - 14 working days - Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Please note: The delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on the location and external factors.

7.We support bulk customization for customers. The delivery time and shipping method of customized goods will be determined through communication with the sales staff.

8. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be available for inquiry.

9. Delays and Special Circumstances
Due to excessive order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (such as customs delays for international orders), the delivery may be postponed. Thank you for your patience.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Goods
For information regarding returns and exchanges, please refer to our return policy. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately through the online customer service on the website and attach photos of the damaged item along with your order number.
